Ticket Commands
Commands used inside ticket channels
/claim
Claim the current ticket as your own. Locks the ticket to you until unclaimed or transferred.

/close
Close the current open ticket. Generates a transcript and archives the channel.

Reopen a previously closed ticket, restoring permissions for the ticket owner.

/closerequest
Send a close request to the ticket owner asking them to confirm closure. They can accept or decline.

/transfer <user>
Transfer a claimed ticket to another staff member. The target must have the staff role.

/giveto <user>
Give the ticket ownership to another staff member directly without a prior claim.

Add a user to the current ticket channel, granting them read and write permissions.

Configure and manage the bot
/setup
Open the interactive setup menu to configure staff roles, transcript channels, and ticket system settings.
Admin/setup
/sendpanels [allpanel] [onepanel] [channel]
Send a ticket panel to a channel. Use allpanel to send all panels at once, or onepanel to pick a specific one. Optionally specify a channel.

Switch between button-style and select-menu-style ticket panels.

/maintenance <action> [reason]
Enable or disable global maintenance mode. Disables all commands across every server simultaneously. Optional reason is shown to users.

Blacklist a user from opening any tickets in your server. Provide an optional reason.
