Up and running in 4 steps
Go to Dashboard → Configuration. Set your Staff Role and Transcript Channel first — these are required before creating panels.
Go to Ticket Panels and fill in the panel name, emoji, category, channel, and optional roles. Give it a unique Custom ID.
Click Send on the panel card — Ticketo will instantly post the interactive embed to your selected Discord channel.
Users click buttons to open tickets. Staff uses /claim, /close, /transfer to handle them. Check Analytics for insights.
