By accessing or using Ticketo — including the Discord bot, web dashboard, and any associated services — you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the service.

These terms apply to all users, including server administrators, staff members, and end users who interact with the bot.

  • Not use the service for any illegal, abusive, or harmful purposes

3 User Responsibilities

As a user of Ticketo, you take full responsibility for how the service is used in your server. You are responsible for:

Ticketo does not store message content, personal information beyond Discord IDs, or payment data. All stored data is used exclusively to operate the service. Data is not sold or shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by applicable law.
